By creating a Karvaan92 account (email, Google, or Facebook), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Karvaan92 provides a real estate marketplace and related tools for users in Pakistan.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information. Agency accounts must supply valid agency name, contact phone, city, and area. You are responsible for activity under your account and keeping credentials secure.
3. Listings & conduct
Listings must be lawful, truthful, and related to real property in Pakistan. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
4. Points & paid features
Promotional points, subscriptions, and paid features are governed by in-app rules shown at purchase. Points have no cash value unless explicitly stated.
5. Limitation of liability
Karvaan92 is a platform connecting users. We do not guarantee transaction outcomes between buyers, renters, agents, or agencies. Use the service at your own risk to the extent permitted by law.
