1. Data we collect

Account data: name, email, phone (optional), username, agency details, city/area.
OAuth data from Google/Facebook: email, name, profile photo, provider user ID (no friend lists).
Usage data: listings viewed, searches, device/browser logs for security and analytics.
Consent records: terms/privacy acceptance time, optional marketing opt-in, signup IP.

2. How we use data

To operate the marketplace, authenticate users, personalize explore results, send optional product updates (if you opt in), prevent fraud, and improve the service. We do not sell personal data.

3. Google & Facebook sign-in

We request only basic profile scopes (`email`, `profile`). We never import Google or Facebook friend lists. Provider tokens are used once to verify identity and are not stored long-term.

4. Retention & security

Data is retained while your account is active and as required by law. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and industry-standard access controls. Report concerns to support@karvaan92.com.

5. Your choices

You may update profile details in the dashboard, opt out of marketing emails/SMS, or request account deletion by contacting support. See also our Terms of Service.
